The full bathroom features a walk-in tiled shower with a 12" rainfall head. The closet includes an organization system suited for long-term guests.
In addition to the kitchenette, guests also have access to the fully equipped shared kitchen if and when they choose to use this space. The onsite shared W/D is located at the end of the common hallway.

Off-street parking spaces are available for an additional charge. However, free on-street parking is also readily available on King Street and the nearest cross street.

Jason was an absolute pleasure to work with. Very responsive and communicative host. The property is very well taken care of, clean, and in a perfect location for access to both downtown, and quick access to I-26. I stayed here for six months and I felt at home the entire time. Jason does a fantastic job ensuring the building is in great shape, the common areas are squared away, and any maintenance issues are addressed immediately. Several other guests came and went during my stay, and everyone was always pleasant. The suites are well insulated and you really only hear guests in neighboring suites as they come and go through the common areas. Very glad I chose to stay here while I was learning the area upon taking a new job in Charleston! Would absolutely stay here again.
