Guests also have access to the fully equipped shared kitchen when and if they choose to use this space. The onsite shared W/D is located at the end of the common hallway.

If you’re thinking of booking a month-long Airbnb anywhere in Charleston, Jason’s properties are the rentals to book! I truly had the MOST wonderful time here and Jason was beyond accommodating at every turn! I had just accepted a new job offer here in Charleston and needed a temporary place to stay for a month. I booked Suite B4 at the last minute and Jason was so responsive and welcoming from the very beginning! He even asked if I needed extra hangers for my stay! Jason’s Airbnb is so cozy and beautiful; I felt right at home the second I walked through the door! Not only are his suites impeccably clean, excellently-designed, and very chic, but Jason has taken extra care to provide downright everything for his guests! He even let me check-out extremely late when I had a mix-up with my flight! He is the kindest human, the Airbnb is fantastic, and the neighborhood is magical! It’s everything I had hoped Charleston would be! Super grateful for my time at 697 King & Jason’s hospitality!

This spot was perfect for me. Very clean and cozy. It was literally steps away from amazing restaurants, shops and local sights. I would absolutely recommend staying here. Jason with Downtown Charleston was super responsive which is always appreciated.
