Overall this place is great for short trips to Charleston. Though, I would not recommend for long stays and work travel. I stayed for a month for work and ran into 3 key issues. 1, the noise on King st. I was woken up almost nightly to racing cars, ambulances, and drunk people. There is a white noise machine in the unit, but it’s of limited value with how loud the noise is. 2, The kitchenette is great for a few quick meals, but is far from a fully functioning kitchen, so expect to eat out frequently. 3, there were tons of fruit flies. I think this may be a Charleston issue and less a problem with this unit specifically, but be aware they are everywhere. That being said, it is walkable distance to most of downtowns night life. Everything was clean and new. The bathroom was very spacious and has an awesome walk-in shower. I would stay here again if it were for a vacation, but would definitely look elsewhere for long business stays.

I stayed at Jason’s place for a month! Jason is very responsive and accommodating! Always friendly and provided all instructions and beyond! The studio was comfortable for a short stay, a bit smaller than shown in the pictures and probably not the best if you’d like to do some cooking. However, other than that everything was as described! I appreciated laundry facilities. The location is really convenient , I mostly walked to the town and only occasionally took Uber. Overall, I had a great stay at Jason’s studio.
