I stayed at Jason's for 2 months without a car. It was a great location- walkable to everything downtown (although I am from NYC so I like walking), easy to grab an uber and head to Mt. Pleasant or James Island. Lots of great restaurants within a few blocks. The apartment is super clean, small but has everything I needed, and Jason was always responsive if I had any questions. I messed up part of my reservation and Jason was super helpful and accommodating!

As a woman traveling alone for a long duration stay, I was pleasantly surprised. The area is busy as people are walking to/from downtown Charleston, but it was still remarkably safe. Another positive was easy access to free street parking, I was always able to find parking directly in front of the building or just around the corner. Keep in mind, these are not exceptionally spacious rooms, but it has what you need!

A relaxing space with modern amenities inside the unit, with laundry in hall. The bed was comfortable and while the unit is small it was fine for me, a solo traveler. I would stay here again.

I stayed here for about a month and it was the perfect spot for me. The space is super comfortable, and the bed, pillows, and linens are top quality, honestly some of the best I’ve had in a rental. The small kitchenette was just right and had all the essentials I needed. I’ll definitely miss the luxurious tile shower, it never ran out of hot water, which felt like such a treat after a long day! The location is great too, just a short walk to a local bakery and some really good restaurants. Peaceful, quiet, and easy to settle into. I’d absolutely stay here again.

Such a awesome host! Very attentive, little problem with the A/C unit. Sent a text and he was there within 15 minutes! I also left a few things there after checking out and he shipped them to me! Such a great host and such a wonderful place. A five minute walk from everything on King St, I for sure miss my "home" away from Home!

I really enjoyed my stay here. The small unit reveals itself to be ultra efficient and comfortable. The bed is firm and top notch. The smart tv is mounted for easy viewing when relaxing. The bathroom has a modern decor and the water pressure in the shower is tremendous. My favorite part about staying here was being able to walk outside and find myself in the middle of a bustling community. There are coffee shops and restaurants to be discovered and enjoyed. Sitting out on the front porch on a warm evening was a pleasure! I hope to stay here again soon!

My son stayed here for two months during his summer internship, and it was an excellent experience. The studio is small but very well designed, exceptionally clean, and felt brand new. The host was incredibly responsive and made everything easy. There are also several great restaurants nearby, which was a huge plus. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.
