This listing is for the Jasmine Suite which features a private entrance from the rear parking area. The comfortable bedroom is equipped with a luxurious queen-size bed, 14” custom-made mattress with a 5 zone foam topper, soft sheets, and 6 fluffy pillows to ensure a peaceful and restful night's sleep. It also features an award-winning, hotel grade, sound masking machine which has been shown to promote relaxation and deeper sleep. Bath linens are hotel quality 700gsm 100% combed cotton.We want you to feel recharged and refreshed after a long day, and our cozy space is designed to do just that.

I stayed here for four very happy weeks. The high ceiling, windows, and porch made it feel open and airy. Jason was welcoming, responsive, and a pleasure to chat with. The neighborhood has a lot of leafy cafes and good restaurants to visit, including the one right next door, and there's always a sense of activity despite being very relaxed. There's a good noise machine provided if road noise is an issue for lighter sleepers like me. I highly recommend staying here.

Jason does an amazing job with this property. The place was spotless when I moved in. From the sheets to the towels everything felt very luxurious. Having parking in the back is a huge bonus. I would highly recommend staying here!

A great place to stay in Charleston - especially if you're looking for something away from the chaos of King Street. I was here for a month, and it felt much more like living like a local - lots of great restaurants, wine bars, and coffee shops in the neighborhood. The unit was clean and cozy, with a really comfy bed and an excellent shower. I appreciated this unit's private back porch and entrance, as well as having laundry just outside my door. Jason is an excellent host!
