This listing is for the Magnolia Suite which features a comfortable bedroom with a luxurious queen-size bed, 14” custom-made mattress with a 5-zone foam topper, soft sheets, and 6 pillows to ensure a peaceful and restful night's sleep. It is also equipped with an award-winning, hotel grade, sound masking machine which has been shown to promote relaxation and deeper sleep. Bath linens are hotel quality 700gsm 100% combed cotton. We want you to feel recharged and refreshed after a long day, and our cozy space is designed to do just that.

I couldn't have asked for a better stay. The Airbnb was spotless upon arrival and Jason was always available and attentive when I needed him. I was so grateful to have such a hospitable and trustworthy host. I especially loved my private balcony in this unit and having the full kitchen to myself. Jason is extremely detail-oriented and stocked the place with everything you could possibly need. These extra touches did not go unnoticed. I loved staying in this suite which I did for nearly a month. Jason has clearly created an elevated, elegant space which is thoroughly modern with all conveniences while preserving all the unique charm and architecture of this classic Charleston home. The space was absolutely immaculate upon arrival, with touches of hotel like amenities. I selected this unit for its full kitchen and I was not disappointed. I cooked in it every single day, and made some pretty good dishes in there. It was lovely to take a meal out on the equally lovely balcony when the weather was nice. Upgraded finishes and quality tech were throughout, and all the necessities were provided. In addition, Jason was always responsive with any questions or needs. The neighborhood mostly residential & mixed use, very bustling. Road noise could at times be loud, but there is a hotel-quality white noise machine that dampened most of it. My thanks to Jason for creating this beautiful, livable space. Kudos

Had such a wonderful stay! Extremely clean and comfortable apartment with a very well stocked kitchen. So cozy with the gas fireplace and porch. It was in a great location for walking downtown or to the battery. The off street parking was such a nice feature as well. Jason was so kind and responsive. Would happily stay here again in the future!

Our stay was absolutely amazing and Jason was a great host. The apartment is extremely clean and everything was high quality. The apartment is in very close proximity to anything you need - bars, restaurants, coffee shops, grocery. We had a very smooth stay but any time we needed Jason he was quick to respond. Great location, great host, great apartment. We will be back!

Booked this place as I was in Charleston for 8 weeks for a clinical rotation. It was in the perfect location, had parking, in-house laundry, and a cute balcony! I will say the space would be a little small if there was more than 1 person for an extended amount of time, but just for one person, it was perfect! Highly recommend!
