Jason is a solid dude and very bright investor. He goes way out of his way as a landlord. He’s also doing some very unique things with his properties. I highly recommend staying here, and even more important chat up Jason as much as you can. He’s a busy guy, but I assure you you will learn quite a bit.

I stayed here for a month and it was a great spot for what I needed. The location was perfect! It was near tons of great restaurants and very walkable. The room itself was fine, very clean and neat. It was a lot smaller than I expected, but worked great. The bathroom area was a little weird. The shower and toilet were all in the same room with no door to separate them. So, after you shower, water is everywhere. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would stay there again. Jason is very responsive and helpful.

This was a nice place to stay during my time in Charleston. It's not far from the grocery store and restaurants. It also took me less than 10 minutes to get to hospital every morning which is a BIG plus. In addition, the owner responded quickly whenever I sent a message. Will definitely stay here again.

I stayed here as temporary housing while looking for a permanent residence in the Charleston area, and it was perfect for what I needed. The place is very modern, clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near downtown Charleston with plenty of great restaurants and bars nearby. I’d definitely recommend reserving a parking space rather than relying on street parking if one is available, although it can be a bit of a tight squeeze. Jason was extremely helpful and responsive throughout my stay and was always quick to address any questions or issues that came up. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a short or longer term stay in Charleston.
